Hi, I’m Dr. Amanda March.
I’ve been in the trenches with organizations of all sizes, from strategic systems support for giant school districts and nonprofits all the way to coaching at the classroom level. And I’m intimately familiar with the struggles facing leaders and educators in the modern landscape.
My experience designing, delivering, and measuring high-quality professional learning for educators has taught me that we’re all dealing with similar struggles. And the missing piece I keep coming back to? Values.
